Acomb Elite Care Transportation Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation Timeframe
    a. Airport Transfers and Local Services:
    ● Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time
    to avoid any charges.
    b. Corporate Bookings:
    ● Corporate bookings require a minimum of 72 hours notice for cancellations to
    avoid charges.
    c. Special Events (Weddings, Events, etc.):
    ● For special events, cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to
    avoid charges.
  2. Cancellation Charges
    a. Standard Cancellations:
    ● Cancellations made within the specified timeframe will not incur any charges.
    b. Late Cancellations:
    ● Cancellations made within package allocated hours of the scheduled pick-up
    time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation cost.
    c. No-Show Policy:
    ● If a passenger fails to cancel a reservation and does not appear at the
    designated pick-up location, a no-show fee of 25% of the total reservation cost
    will be charged.
  3. Deposit Policy
    a. Deposit Requirement:
    ● A deposit of 25% of the total reservation cost is required to secure the booking.
    b. Refund of Deposit:
    ● The deposit is refundable if the cancellation is made within the specified
    cancellation timeframe.
    c. Forfeiture of Deposit:
    ● Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the 25% deposit.
  4. Cancellation Process
    a. Notification:
    ● All cancellations must be communicated via phone or email to our customer
    service team.
    b. Confirmation:
    ● A cancellation confirmation will be sent to the client once the cancellation is
    processed.
  5. Refund Policy
    a. Refunds for Prepaid Services:
    ● If the cancellation is made within the specified timeframe, any prepaid amounts
    (excluding the 25% deposit) will be refunded in full.
    b. Refunds for Late Cancellations/No-Shows:
    ● Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the applicable cancellation fees,
    and any remaining prepaid amounts (excluding the 25% deposit) will be refunded
    accordingly.
  6. Exceptional Circumstances
    a. Force Majeure:
    ● In cases of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or
    other force majeure events, Acomb Elite Care Transportation reserves the right to
    waive cancellation fees and refund the deposit at its discretion.
