transfers, corporate transportation, and special event transportation.
a. Reservation Process: To book our services, you may use our online platform or
contact us directly via phone or email.
b. Information Required: During the booking process, provide accurate and necessary
information, including your name, contact details, pick-up and drop-off locations, and
any special requests.
c. Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent to you via email or text message
once your reservation is confirmed.
a. Payment Methods: We accept payments through our online platform and in-person to
the driver. Major credit cards are accepted.
b. Transparent Pricing: Our pricing is communicated upfront during the booking
process. There are no hidden fees. Additional charges may apply for extra services or
extended waiting times.
a. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel or modify a reservation. Please refer to our
cancellation policy for details on any associated charges and the timeframe for making
changes. All cancellations must be made a per our cancellation policy
b. No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel a reservation within the specified time may result in

comfort during your journey.
b. Professional Drivers: Our drivers are experienced, licensed, and undergo regular
training. They are committed to providing professional and courteous service.
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our passengers and their
belongings, Acomb Elite Care Transportation is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft
of personal belongings during the transportation service
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes
will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to
